Sonia has over 30 years’ experience in customer services having worked for Abbey National and British Airways. Spanish-born but raised in London, Sonia is bilingual and is based in our Sotogrande office. Sonia is committed to helping people find the right solution to their healthcare needs and provides a very personal service to Bupa and Sanitas members, working closely with hospitals and doctors and assisting members in finding the appropriate medical provider in addition to obtaining pre-authorisation for hospitalisation, operations and scans. Sonia offers claims assistance, advice on policy matters and renewals, and is happy to visit clients in their own home if required.
