Lynda is a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute and joined STM in September 2015 having worked in a variety of technical and compliance roles within a FTSE 100 company in the UK, where she focussed on occupational and personal pension schemes. Lynda worked with UK regulators and industry bodies in developing UK pension policy, and was a trustee for her company pension scheme. Lynda provides technical support, training and guidance to the pensions and life teams ensuring the international division is up to speed with legislative requirements. As the Chair of the Gibraltar Association of Pension Fund Administrators (GAPFA) she works closely with the different authorities in Gibraltar including HM Government of Gibraltar, the Commissioner of Income Tax and the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission.
