Borja studied Economy at Malaga University. In 2006, he was employed by Bruesa in Gibraltar, as an Administration Manager with projects valued at €180M. In 2010, Borja was contracted by Roger Bullivant S.L. and Gibraltar Ltd as Financial Controller to both companies. Borja joined STM Nummos as Financial Controller in 2011.
