Aizat joined STM Group plc in 2017 as Group Finance Controller having qualified as a chartered certified accountant in 2014 with KPMG, specialising in financial services audits and accountancy advisory services. As part of Group Finance Aizat was responsible for oversight of Finance Function throughout the STM Group, in addition, she assisted with financial due diligence when the Group was involved in acquisitions. In 2021 Aizat was appointed to the respective Boards of the life assurance companies and pension business of the Group in Gibraltar. Aizat is responsible for leading all financial aspects of the Gibraltar based businesses’ strategy and operations.
