Anthony established his own law firm in South Africa until an opportunity to further his legal career in Jersey arose. There he acquired substantial experience in the trust legal field, including second chairing the Crown Prosecutor in the Royal Court of Jersey. Upon obtaining S.T.E.P qualification, Anthony moved into fiduciary services and was instrumental in registering the very first Jersey Foundation in 2009. For the last five years Anthony has been involved in the practical and technical application of tax efficient pensions while applying his legal training to specialise in all aspects of QROPS, bonds, and annuities for Gibraltar, Malta, and the US QROPS and US expatriate market.
