Summary of Role

To ensure accurate data is entered onto the Company’s database and that benefits are paid on time and fees are taken on  due date. To assist the team in reporting as required.

Core Competencies

  • Numerate 
  • Literate
  • Computer literate with speedy inputting skills 
  • Ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels 
  • Educated to a minimum of ‘A’ Level standard 
  • ECDL

Knowledge and Skills

  • Familiar with the main office productivity software. 
  • Experience of office environment. 
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to follow standard procedures and work accurately to given time targets for self and potential reportees.

 Primary Responsibilities 

  • Assist in the billing and fees processes, ensuring that STMs own fees and Advisor Fees are paid on time
  • Assist on outstanding debtors being followed up with a view to minimising the time debt is outstanding 
  • Carry out checks on client systems to ensure activities are correctly reported as required
  • Collate and complete data accurately for statutory reporting
  • Liaise with other internal departments and with external entities as required
  • Respond to emails from clients and colleagues in a professional and timely manner
  • Run reports and take part in data filling of BOSS \ NAV  missing info (ad hoc)
  • Assist the Supervisor in the billing and fees processes
  • Work on adhoc projects as assigned by the Supervisor and Manager. 

Other duties as may be determined from time to time by Management.
